If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/STORE CREDITS on face masks.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
• Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
• Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
• Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will begin to process your store credit, equal or lesser exchange, or full refund to the same payment method used to purchase the item initially.  If you choose to receive a store credit, it will be made within 24 hours of our return department, receiving the returned product.  If you choose to exchange the product, once you make your choice of a new product, it will be shipped out within 48-72 hours.  If you choose a full refund, we will process your refund within 24 hours, and based on your bank, you will receive your funds in your account within 7-10 business days.
• You will be required to cover the return shipping of any exchanges.
• You will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
• We are not liable for any item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.  Face masks are shipped out 3-5 days from the time of placing and paying for your order.

 

Local delivery

• Local delivery is for those customers who live in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA.  A local delivery fee will be assessed based on distance from our location.  Please put special instructions (including your Full Name, Delivery Address, and Telephone Number) in the NOTES section in checkout, and a representative will contact you within 24hrs or less.

Standard delivery

• Standard delivery usually arrives within 7 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
• Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express delivery

• Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
• Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
• Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Next day delivery

• Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
